HAFENSTRASSE SYLT

A new building project with 16 condominiums in the best south-west location in List, which blends in wonderfully with the existing architecture. A timeless, high-quality Sylt furnishing style will complete the architecture, different color concepts make the apartments individual. The project is being built in collaboration with architects Speckmann, who are responsible for the building construction. Our architects are in charge of the floor plan, electrical and lighting planning. We select the materials for floors, doors, kitchens and bathrooms, create color and material concepts and take care of the complete furnishing right down to the bed linen, so that the apartments can be rented out straight away.

All apartments are furnished to a very high standard and have a fireplace, steam shower and sauna. The two top floor apartments include a beautiful view over the Wadden Sea towards Denmark.
