EINFAMILIENHAUS SYLT

A family house in a young, modern interpretation of the classic Sylt style, both in terms of architecture and interior. Outside thatched roof, Sylter clinker and modern window surfaces, inside spacious rooms that will quote the colors and patterns of the island, but contemporary and timeless. A freestanding modern fireplace combined with modern furniture from edra and Sherazade will create warmth and comfort in the center of the large ground floor to enjoy the view of the Wadden Sea. The kitchen area seems hidden at first glance, it is more in the style of a living room wall - with indirect lighting and built-in cupboards. A free-standing counter invites you to linger.

The design and planning of the house, the floor plans and all the details come from the pen of our architects, the kitchen, library and bedroom are made in our own workshop. The project is under construction, our planners are coordinating the trades on site.
