ALTE WACHE SYLT

The Alte Wache in List is being built in the style of an old Sylt industrial building with a brick look. The barrel roof refers to existing buildings in the Lister industrial area, the dark windows and balconies give the building a special and interesting look. We are responsible for the floor plans of each apartment, the interior of which will be extremely high quality and of the highest quality. Individual furniture is made to measure according to the different apartment sizes, from small holiday apartments to large penthouse apartments, which are available for long-term rental. Colours, flooring and fabrics are individually and coordinated in the respective units and will give each apartment a special touch. The tiles and fittings in the bathrooms were drawn and selected by us, as were the saunas and the showers with floor-to-ceiling glass panes. Box spring beds from Schramm make every bedroom an oasis of well-being, the equipment and accessories right down to the colour-coordinated ones Bed linen and towels make both the master and the guest area a feast for the eyes.
