SCHLEITERRASSEN KAPPELN

A property of our own that we bought and designed the floor plan to have a show house – or even a showroom – on the Schlei. We accompany the entire construction process and coordinate the trades.

The half of the house extends over three levels, basement, ground floor and first floor. In the basement is a spacious garage and a technical room. A sauna and a gym are planned as extensions.

On the ground floor is the entrance area, which leads into the spacious living-dining-kitchen area, as well as a small home cinema that is equipped with the latest smart home technology (from SK Systems). This room can be used flexibly as a private retreat and reading room in the living room to use. Upstairs is a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom (free standing bath) and toilet. From the ground floor you have access to the terrace and garden, on the upper floor there is a spacious roof terrace.

Furnishings will be from the Bornhold Collection, all bespoke furniture, individually tailored to the space available. We designed and had all the built-in cupboards built, selected all the fittings, tiles, floor coverings and materials.
